When a storm is coming, all other birds seek shelter. The eagle alone avoids the storm by flying above it. So, in the storms of life may your heart be like an eagle’s and soar above.” – Author Unknown

Did you enter into a contract to publish your manuscript?

Or, have you provided services to an Austin, Texas publisher

that is not living up to its agreement to pay you?

If any of this sounds familiar, you need to know that Readers Legacy, Inc.

(dba Next Century Publishing; dba Rebel Press; and dba GoRead.com)

is no longer in business.

These companies all operated from 9020 N. Capital of Texas Highway, Bldg 1, Austin, TX  78759.

If any of them owe you money,

please join this class if you want to attempt to get at least some of your money back.

A few years ago, I contracted with Next Century Publishing and paid them $8,000 to publish my first book, Near a River. However, the company failed to do as it had agreed, so I found a different publisher. Next Century refused to refund my money.

Sadly, this situation has happened to other writers and vendors, too–and just last month!

On September 15, 2017, I wrote an article about my experience with Next Century Publishing called “Time to Blow the Whistle”.  Two people posted comments.  A vendor replied these companies owe him over $5,000.  Linda Holley stated that Next Century Publishing closed its doors without keeping its agreement with her.  She paid over $8,000 (for marketing and editing) and cannot get her money back.

What is this company doing?  No one knows!

  • It no longer answers its phone, and it has deactivated all of its email accounts.
  • This company simply closed its doors and vacated its Austin Texas location. Of course, it owes its landlord a large amount of back rent, and he plans to sue as well.
  • A nearby business says that they were gone months ago, but their email states that it went out of business on March 21, 2019.

Since working together is the best way to accomplish anything, those of us who are out many thousands of dollars need to start a class action lawsuit.  If twenty-five of us unite in court with one law firm helping us, we are more likely to get attention and successfully recover our damages.

Please email me, bobbiejrae@gmail.com

or Linda at lholleyrealtor@yahoo.com

if you would like to join this class action lawsuit!

Let the encouraging words in these bobbiejrae posts help you

Everything you do comes back to you!

Please make this call as soon as possible.

America, it is definitely time to remove the chains!
