Regardless of what you have been through and are going through right now, you should stand tall anyway!
Others have doubted you, hated, you and talked about you. People have made fun of you, hurt you, and lied to you. Now you feel broken and at your wits end.
BUT YOU ARE STILL STANDING IN SPITE OF ALL YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH! Just to still be standing at this moment proves that you have more courage than most other people. Be proud of yourself for surviving instead of ashamed for how life has treated you.
The first 45 years of my life were filled with daily challenges and struggles. I have been raped, hurt, as well as abused emotionally and physically. My first husband was bipolar and self-medicated with alcohol instead of seeking the medical treatment. He and I both paid the price for his choice of medication.
So although I may not know the battles you have experienced in your life, I know very well the pain you have endured.
Never forget that you are special and precious. You are a gift from God and your life is valuable. What you contribute to the world is unique and there is no one else like you.
You can conquer whatever you are going through at the moment. When you doubt this fact, just remember that you have already experienced a world of hurt but you are still standing.
Never let anyone or anything put or keep you down. Also, NEVER let anyone or anything steal your joy.
Always know that good people appreciate you and remember that you do not need the approval of others.
I have always stood tall and always will. Will you stand tall with me? I would be honored if you would say yes.
Remember to love yourself!
Stand tall no matter what life throws at you!
