It is true.
You can make things better if you change your thoughts. Your negative thoughts imprison you, and motivating thoughts lift you up and enable you keep going.

Just for today, try getting excited about what might go right instead of what could go wrong.
Don’t ruin today by dwelling on yesterday. Let yesterday go!
Try to stop anxious thoughts in their tracks and replace them with calming words. ”I know everything will work out just fine!” “Life is good.” “I know I can do this!”
So, no matter how bad today seemed to you, the end of today is not the end of your life or your opportunity to improve it. Tomorrow will be much better, if you change your thoughts and focus on positives.
Paul wrote in Philippians 4:8, “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
If you follow this advice, you will get to the end with your sanity intact.
