Getting older? Don’t worry about your appearance–an eagle will tell you that bald is beautiful.
This morning I saw a bald eagle fly right past me, very low, obviously seeking some prey. I tried to persuade him to stop and chat, but he was too hungry.
Here is what he would have said had he actually stopped to chat.

Spending time in nature keeps you sane and healthy. Plants and trees actually produce a substance called phytoncide that helps improves your immune system and keep you healthy. And spending time in nature away from those noisy devices you humans hold in your hands all the time causes you to feel much less depressed and anxious and angry.

Keeping your goals in sight helps you to not feel depressed also. It gives you a purpose in life. So think about your goals each morning when you wake up!

When a storm is coming, all other animals seek shelter. The eagle alone flies above the clouds. He perches high and allows the winds that bring turbulence to everyone else to lift him up so he can soar above the storm.
