Title: Upper Management/Facilitator Coordinator
This is a great upper management opportunity for a woman.
Responsibilities include many that are hands on, such as laundry, cooking, cleaning, carpooling, and first-aid. And also making sure the children engage in healthy activities, taking children to church, and dealing with teen acne. Job responsibilities also include many responsibilities of the heart such as moral support, giving hugs as often as needed or wanted, compassionate listening, and giving advice.
Other important responsibilities are caring for all of the children in the family equally, providing for the physical and emotional needs of each child in the home, as well as raising children who become healthy and productive adults. But the most important responsibility is making certain that each person in the home knows he or she is loved.
This job is a life-long position. Even after the children have moved out on their own, you must still be available to them for moral support and advice in their times of trouble. Grown children still need a Mother.
Applicants adverse to working long hours need not apply. Commitment of 24/7 and 365 days per year is required. The schedule eases with seniority, as the children grow up. A successful applicant will work intimately with a hands-on partner either permanently or until one of you passes away. You will receive promotion to “grand” status if you can successfully perform you duties for more than 18 years.
Vacations are flexible, but you must work on-call hours as needed.
Benefits include no insurance and no retirement package and no paid time off. You must work all federal holidays, religious holidays, and weekends 24/7.
