Here is the story of your life journey.
Life is like a journey on a train with its stations, with changes of routes, and accidents.
At birth, we boarded the train and met our parents. We believed they would always travel by our side. But, at some station, our parents step down from the train, leaving us on our journey alone.
As time goes by, others who are significant to us board the train—our siblings, friends, children, and even our mates. Many will step down and leave a permanent vacuum. Others will go unnoticed and we do not realize they have vacated their seats.
This train ride is full of joy, sorrow, fantasy, expectations, hellos, goodbyes, and farewells. Success on this journey consists of having good relationships with all passengers and giving the best of ourselves.
The mystery on this journey is this. We do not know at which station our journey will end, when we will step down. So, we must live in the best way—love, forgive, and be the best person you can be. It is important to do this because when the time comes for us to step down and leave our seat empty, we need to leave behind beautiful memories for those who continue to travel on the train of life without us.
I hope you have a very joyful journey for the years remaining on your train of life and that your past years have been joyful also. May you reap success, give lots of love, and be happy. Most importantly, I hope that you are thankful for every moment of your journey.
