It was my pleasure to cause my current problem, and I am also enjoying solving it!
Ten years ago, I was as slender as I was the day I graduated from high school. But then I met my second husband. To show me he cared about me when we were dating, he frequently gave me flowers and other gifts, as well as lots of the food I loved the most—chocolate.
At the time, I was taking a certain medication to prevent migraine headaches, and it had a wonderful side effect. It revved up my metabolism and kept me slender while I ate as much of any food I wanted, including chocolate. Unfortunately, it had other side effects that were less than desirable, side effects like making my traumatically injured brain even foggier than it normally was and a tic that made my mouth twitch.
About six years ago, I stopped taking the medication that had maintained my figure. Knowing that I would gain weight, I walked as much as I could. But my husband kept giving me chocolate so I just had to eat it.
Well, in spite of the fact I had increased my exercise, I gained weight from the pleasure of all of that chocolate.
Now, years later, I am losing weight. And each time the scale says, “You have lost another pound!”, I feel pleasure equal to what I felt when I was eating all of the chocolate.
How am I making the pounds come off? I am employing every weight loss technique I have written about, and I am also avoiding any sweetener other than fructose, the natural sweetness in fruit. This morning the scale said to me, “You have lost 15 pounds!”.
It is my pleasure to fix the problem that I caused.
Let the encouraging words in these near a river posts then help you

One reason people gain weight is…
Something else I will do every day this year…
Is there someone in your life you care about a great deal?
Never try to lose weight by taking this dangerous supplement!
