Yes, what you do for others comes back to you.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

As he drove home from work, Bryan noticed a woman stranded on the side of the road. Her tire was flat.<\/p>\n

Stopping to help her, he parked his beat-up Pontiac in front of her Mercedes. Judging him by his appearance, she wondered if this man might hurt her. After all, he did look poor and unsafe.<\/p>\n

Brian approached the stranded woman. \u201cI stopped to help you, ma\u2019am,\u201d he said. \u201cWhy don\u2019t you wait in the car where it is warmer?\u00a0\u00a0 By the way, I am Bryan Anderson.\u201d<\/p>\n

He skinned his knuckles and injured his hands as he worked, but quickly changed the flat tire. As he tightened the lug nuts, she\u00a0 began to speak with him through her window.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow much do I owe you?\u201d she asked.\u00a0 \u201cAny amount you want is fine with me.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Bryan had never thought about payment.\u00a0 This was helping someone in need, and many people had helped him in the past.\u00a0 Besides, he had lived his whole life helping others. So he replied that she could pay him back by helping the next person she encountered who needed help.<\/p>\n

“Just remember me and help that person,” Brian told her.<\/h4>\n

A few miles down the road, she stopped in a dingy restaurant to grab a bite to eat. \u00a0A waitress with a sweet smile came over to her table and brought her a clean towel to wipe her wet hair.<\/p>\n

The waitress was nearly eight months pregnant. “How could someone with so little be so giving and kind to a stranger?” she wondered.\u00a0 Suddenly she remembered Brian’s words about how she could repay him.<\/p>\n

Deliberately the lady paid for her inexpensive meal with a hundred dollar bill.\u00a0 As the waitress went to get change, she disappeared right out the door.<\/p>\n

Wondering where the lady could be, the waitress noticed something written on a napkin on the table and cried as she read what the lady wrote. \u201cYou don\u2019t owe me anything.\u00a0 I have been there too.\u00a0 Somebody once helped me the way I\u2019m helping you.\u00a0 If you really want to pay me back, don\u2019t let this chain of love end with you.\u201d\u00a0 Under the napkin, the waitress found four more $100 bills.<\/p>\n

That night, as she climbed into bed, she was thinking about the money and what the lady had written. How could the lady have known how much she and her husband needed that money?<\/p>\n

Knowing how worried her husband had been about money, she hugged and kissed him.<\/p>\n

Then she whispered,\u00a0\u201cEverything will be all right. I love you, Bryan Anderson\u201d<\/h4>\n
