Getting older?\u00a0 Don\u2019t worry about your appearance–an eagle will tell you that bald is beautiful.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n This morning I saw a bald eagle fly right past me, very low, obviously seeking some prey.\u00a0 I tried to persuade him to stop and chat, but he was too hungry.<\/p>\n Here is what he would have said had he actually stopped to chat.<\/p>\n Always look at the big picture of what goes on around you without getting hung up on the annoying and sometimes negative details.\u00a0 The annoying and negative details just drag you down and keep you from soaring above storms<\/p>\n We all have freedom of some kind or other, even if we are not as free as we would like to be.\u00a0 Love and cherish whatever freedom you happen to have.<\/p>\n Spending time in nature keeps you sane and healthy.\u00a0 Plants and trees actually produce a substance called phytoncide that helps improves your immune system and keep you healthy.<\/a>\u00a0 And spending time in nature away from those noisy devices you humans hold in your hands all the time causes you to feel much less depressed and anxious and angry.<\/p>\n Keeping your goals in sight helps you to not feel depressed also.\u00a0 It gives you a purpose in life.\u00a0 So think about your goals each morning when you wake up!<\/p>\n Every bald eagle will tell you that bald is beautiful!\u00a0 So if you should become bald as you age, remind yourself of the fact that bald is beautiful!<\/p>\n When a storm is coming, all other animals seek shelter. The eagle alone flies above the clouds.\u00a0 He perches high and allows the winds that bring turbulence to everyone else to lift him up so he can soar above the storm.<\/p>\n Flying above the storms in your life enables you to succeed in life.<\/p>\n ***<\/p>\n Never forget that these lessons from an eagle.\u00a0 Always remember that bald is beautiful and always fly above the storms in your life!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\nFocus on the big picture<\/h4>\n
