Rowling\u2019s <u>Harry Potter<\/u> book before one small publisher took a chance on it?\u00a0 Both J.K. Rowling and her publisher are glad that she kept knocking on doors!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Planning ahead<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Planning ahead helps you focus on what needs to be done and how you will do it.\u00a0 It also enables you to hold yourself accountable for meeting goals in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Learning from mistakes<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Failure is not the opposite of success, it is part of success.\u00a0Consider your mistakes opportunities for improving yourself, your approach, and how effective you are.<\/p>\n<p>Do not dwell on your failure.\u00a0 Instead analyze what you could have done differently and how you can apply this lesson to your future.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Taking time for yourself<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you do not want to burn out while you are aspiring to a lofty goal, take time for yourself each day.<\/p>\n<p>Fulfill your own personal needs by spending time with family and friends, enjoying hobbies, and doing things that help you to understand yourself better (such as keeping a journal).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Waking up early<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Among notable early risers are Apple CEO Tim Cook, TV Show Host Rachel Ray, and founder of Virgin Group Richard Branson.\u00a0 They all say that waking up early gives them a jump start to their day without any distractions.\u00a0 It also allows them to start their day by working out and eating a healthy breakfast.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Exercising and eating healthy.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your mind and body are intricately linked, and your body\u2019s health is responsible for the strength of your mind.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Investing in your personal growth.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A big part of success is having diverse experiences and knowledge that allow you to problem solve effectively.
