Few people have time to volunteer on a regular basis.\u00a0 But we all can help others when we get the chance.\u00a0 Random acts of kindness are one of the best ways to help others.\u00a0 And we all can perform random acts of kindness when the chance arises.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Be responsible.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Take responsibility for yourself and your family.\u00a0 Manage your finances to the best of your ability.\u00a0 Raise your\u00a0children to be successful.\u00a0 Be as healthy as possible.\u00a0 Keep your family healthy also.<\/p>\n<p>Please never smoke around a child.\u00a0 If you must smoke, please smoke outside far away from any child.<\/p>\n<p>Second-hand smoke causes kids to have health issues, like allergies and asthma. My Stepdad smoked cigarettes constantly.\u00a0 Every waking moment he had a cigarette in his hand.\u00a0 Before he married my mother, I had no allergies.\u00a0 I was 100% healthy. Three months after he married my mother, I developed asthma, allergies, and migraine headaches.<\/p>\n<p>On his deathbed, my Stepdad told me he was sorry he had caused me to have health problems.\u00a0 I forgave him. But the damage cannot be undone.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Remember that the children are the future of your country.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Make certain you set a good example for any child near you.\u00a0 Make sure your child has as many good role models in his life as possible. Vote for leaders who treat others the way you want to be treated, and tell your children why you voted the way you did.<\/p>\n<p>Raise your children to be readers.\u00a0 (Remember that today\u2019s readers are tomorrow\u2019s leaders!)<\/p>\n<p>Raise your children to enjoy exercise and being outside.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>There are many things you can do to improve your country.\u00a0\u00a0 Each one may seem small, but all together they make a big impact.\u00a0 Who knows?\u00a0 Your child could grow up and be a Nobel Peace Prize winner.<\/p>\n<p>Any child can be successful if you give him the chance!
