What is true beauty?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I do not consider myself physically attractive.\u00a0 On the outside, I am just average physically.\u00a0 But on the inside, I am beautiful<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I have always been a weed.\u00a0 Stress resistant and persistent, I thrive in adverse circumstances no matter how rough my circumstances are.<\/p>\n

I am also helpful and kind, and I love to help others.\u00a0 Every day of my life, I find someone to help.\u00a0 Today on Memorial Day I saw an advertisement in the newspaper.\u00a0 A disabled veteran wanted someone to help him clean out his garage.\u00a0 I celebrated Memorial Day by going to his home and finding ways to help him.<\/p>\n

So I am a helpful and kind weed.\u00a0 And I feel beautiful inside because of my attitude toward life and other people.\u00a0 I know<\/em> I am beautiful because of how I treat others.<\/p>\n

Are you a weed?\u00a0 Are you helpful and kind?\u00a0 If so, do not look at yourself in the mirror to see your beauty.\u00a0 Know that you are beautiful because of how you treat others.<\/p>\n

Knowing you are beautiful helps you feel better about yourself.\u00a0 It boosts your self-confidence.\u00a0 It enables you to cope with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life in general much more easily.<\/p>\n

I am beautiful and so are you.\u00a0 Just look inside yourself and know that you are a helpful and kind and have the persistence of a weed.\u00a0 Being helpful, kind, and persistent absolutely makes a person beautiful!<\/p>\n

Always remember you are beautiful.<\/p>\n
