Although she was poor financially, she was extremely wealthy in love. Her example taught me how to love and be loved back.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Grandma spoke each person\u2019s own love language.<\/h4>\n<p>She knew my feet hurt most of the time and I did not sleep well at home. She knew I was hungry, tired, and lonely.\u00a0 When I went to her home, she massaged my feet. I would fall asleep on her couch with my feet in her lap. When I woke up, she fed me her yummy homemade cooking.\u00a0 I read to her and we worked in her garden or cooked together.\u00a0 She really listened to me when I talked with her.<\/p>\n<p>Grandma gave them to me what I needed and I loved her with all of my heart.<\/p>\n<p>She treated others the same way. \u00a0Her theme song was Bill Withers &#8220;Lean on Me&#8221;.\u00a0 Constantly trying to recognize what each person needed, she did her best to meet each person\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p>Grandma loved others and others loved her back.\u00a0 People crowded her funeral and had to park their cars half a mile away.\u00a0 Most who \u201cattended\u201d had to stand outside due to lack of space.<\/p>\n<p>If you want others to love you back, just follow these simple steps.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bobbiejrae.com\/nearariver\/closer-to-those-you-love\/\">Actively listen<\/a> to what the person is saying.<\/li>\n<li>Then try to figure out what he needs most at the moment.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, do your best to provide what he needs or help him find it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you show others you love them, you improve your own life too.\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bobbiejrae.com\/nearariver\/volunteer-succeed-near-river-bj-rae-eagle-encouraging-words\/\">You reduce your own depression, anxiety, and stress-related health issues<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Parents, give your children a good example so they will follow it when they grow up.\u00a0 Show everyone around you love in their own language.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p
