It is that time of year again!\u00a0 Kids are going back to school.\u00a0 They often get a variety of seemingly minor health issues that cause them to not perform their best in school.<\/p>\n

Here are three common back to school health issues and ideas you can use to manage them.<\/p>\n

Belly aches<\/h4>\n

Sometimes the diet changes that occur when your child eats different food for lunch can cause belly aches.<\/p>\n

One easy and inexpensive cure for belly aches is apple cider vinegar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Try mixing one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup of warm water and adding a bit of honey for your child to drink.<\/p>\n
