\"Encouraging<\/p>\n

When I was a small child, I frequently asked questions.\u00a0 To my questions that began with the word \u201cWhen\u201d, my Grandma would usually reply, \u201cIn God\u2019s time, sweetie\u201d.\u00a0 Once I asked her what \u201cIn God\u2019s time\u201d meant, and she replied that means several things.<\/p>\n

First, God has planned a vision for each one of us.\u00a0 What he has planned might not happen right away or in ways we understand, though.\u00a0 However, He is preparing our hearts so that one day we will understand what He is doing for us as He works in our lives.<\/p>\n

Second, each one of us must wait for God to do things in His time. We humans are impatient and want everything right now, but we must wait for God to do what He has planned for us.\u00a0 He is never late and always finishes what he starts.\u00a0 Although it may seem He is slow to act, he is not slow to act.\u00a0 Instead, he is doing things at the right time, when they need to be done.<\/p>\n

While waiting for God to act on our behalf, we should not be anxious but have faith in our hearts.\u00a0 Having faith in our hearts will give us peace and releases us from anxiety and feelings of despair.<\/p>\n

When \u201cGod\u2019s time\u201d finally arrives, we will know what He has planned for our lives and what he has done for us.\u00a0 He will lead us to participate in his plan for our lives.<\/p>\n

There have been many times I wanted God to answer me now and thought God had abandoned me.\u00a0 When I was married to a very abusive monster and could not find a way out of the relationship, I prayed constantly.\u00a0 I thought for sure He had forgotten about insignificant me and did not care to help me.\u00a0 But He did, in His time.\u00a0 My heart was definitely ready to receive His blessings when they came to me, so maybe it took a long time to prepare my heart to appreciate what He would do for me.<\/p>\n

If you are waiting for something to happen in your life, be patient.<\/p>\n
