We all need to expect the best from our children, our future!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

When happens when parents expect the best?<\/h4>\n

Their children fall in line, follow rules, and act responsibly.<\/p>\n

No one knows this better than Brad Howard and his son Bradley<\/a>.\u00a0 High school student Bradley kept giving his physics teacher a hard time and the teacher kept emailing Bradley\u2019s parents.\u00a0 So Brad Howard promised to sit next to his son in class if he got one more email from his son\u2019s physics teacher.\u00a0 Bradley did not believe his dad would actually do that and continued to misbehave in class.<\/p>\n

The morning that Bradley\u2019s parents got one more email, Brad Howard went to physics class and sat next to his son in class.\u00a0 Everyone seemed to think this was hilarious. Except for Bradley, of course.\u00a0 Bradley\u2019s sister tweeted the picture of Dad sitting next to Bradley in class and Dad simply replied that he was just making his promise good.<\/p>\n

If only more parents did things like this!<\/h4>\n

If more parents were like Brad Howard, the world would be a better place.\u00a0 Children would understand that they must follow the rules, an understanding that would follow them into adulthood.\u00a0 Crime would be reduced and more citizens would be more responsible and more productive.<\/p>\n

Parents, the future of our society is in your heart and hands, literally. Your responsibility to your child is to raise him to become an independent healthy adult.\u00a0 His responsibility is to follow the rules, always do his best, and maximize the opportunities life gives him.\u00a0 To raise\u00a0 a healthy adult, you must always hold your child responsible for his actions and expect him to complete all reasonable tasks,<\/p>\n

If you do not expect your child to follow rules and be responsible for his own actions while he is in your care, he will not be responsible and disciplined when he leaves your care as an adult.\u00a0 Instead, he would be more likely to find ways to circumvent laws and just may become a trouble maker.\u00a0 But if you do expect these things of your child, he will probably grow up to be a responsible, healthy, law-abiding adult.<\/p>\n

As recent events prove, our society needs more healthy, responsible, law-abiding adults.\u00a0 So please raise your child to become one!\u00a0 Please follow Brad Howard’s parenting example and always expect the best.<\/p>\n
