Knowing that reading is the key to success, she founded her Imagination Library to give kids books to enable them to succeed in life. Yesterday, Imagination Library gave its 100 millionth book to the Library of Congress in Washington DC.

We can all agree that reading is the key to success. Children who read learn more, care more, become more, and dream more. So if you have enough food to eat, clothes to wear, a roof over your head, and some money left over, please consider giving a child or organization a good book to read. You will be enabling our children, our future, to be successful in life and stay out of trouble.

Join Dolly’s Imagination Library!

Parents, use this link to register your child to receive one book a month.

***

Please enable children to soar like an eagle over life’s storms. Give them books and inspire them to read!

Let the encouraging words in these near a river posts help you

soar like an eagle above life’s storms.

What is the most important activity you can do with a child?

Did you know that reading has mental health benefits?

Do you know a child who is sad most of the time?

Just why do readers become leaders?

If you enjoyed this post, remember that BJ writes children’s books.

Her encouraging children’s eagle

near a river common core reading book

is available on Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com.

Buy BJ’s near a river encouraging eagle reading book

for a child you care about today!

Dolly Parton created Imagination Library to enable all kids to be successful in life.
